No, it works everywhere.[brzo be honest, i cant imagine the game without Justinian and Theodora bond, they are. War is not possible without economy. ]2. In case You have IAP_Arthur Lancelot (woad+ravenna/mamluk+mongolian) turns into the general whose mobility cost of attack could be only 1 (Rhinoceros, his Active skill, bond). Absolute imba. Will be superstrong for speedrun. In case there will be competition it should be banned  |

Now I'm tempted to buy Arthur too. But first 2 bonds buff melee inf, none of them is suited to this build, they are mediocre at best. You need to spend heraldry to rank em up, spend medals to get Lance. Arthur and Guin will take spots more suited for other gens unless you're playing conquests.
