In previous games, crit damage can hit up to around 400-500 damage(?).
I saw a picture of someone getting 6139 damage in this game (EW7).
The highest damage I got was 836 with Belisarius (Mediterranean Battle, Border crisis with 1 varangian, (i got it from upgrading a castle lol) 1 elite swordsmen and 1 light cav.)
What was the highest damage you got with what general and what units used?

I only play EW5 before, and I can easily hit 6K damage with several heroes with commander skill that boost damage in the area. I believe I see a pic of 16K damage posted in discord with alexander about 10 days ago. So my understand from all ET games I played is that 6K is not anything abnormal. I play ew7 about 10 days, and I don't think I see area skill that boost attack yet, but I believe the attack boost skill is stackable in EW7 as well (Just not as much as in EW5 as EW5 you can get 50% atk boost from max skill)

My highest was 1917 with Olga with 77 Inf Damage, Melee Expert, High Morale, Max Item, attacking slingers, with a Two Handed Swordsman and 2 Varangians, each of which triggered charge. I haven't gotten higher with anyone else. Now I replaced the Varangians with more Two Handed Swordsmen to get more reliable (if less spectacular at times) damage.

1. In this game, you can't do overkill damage, you damage never exceeds enemies HP. So, normally, you can deal about 1k5 - 2k for 1 hit K.O (and in newest update, it's about 3k for some units). 2. If you see someone get > 6k HP, there are 2 case. - You meet fake super legions. Very high HP but will receive huge damage from some certain units (it's just like a script, you can only use Prince to kill the dragon, Princess is unacceptable ). During campaign you will see this. - You meet real super legions. In this case it's very hard to deal even 2k damage (Yep, not only HP is high, other stats also because they're super legion) . You can only use youself brute force to kill them or avoid them.

I think the difficulty curve is fine at least for me.

what is broken is charge Richard annihilates It is somewhat compensated by vulnerability of the charge cavalry in defense. If and when an opponent has initiative - cavalry generals are doomed.

Alfred when 57% damage reduction + forced march You really only need 2 charge cav, you could put some They nerfed Alfred by removing his counter infantry skill
