Firstly, I think Govorov is worse than Leeb. He should be turquoise I think. And secondly, my work is not in progress. I completely stopped it. *Feeling embarassed* Apart from that, great work, except that you probably can enclose them in spoilers. Would be neater. Govorov has all damage skills, none of them silver. His PF's difference from FF is 2, while AL's rank difference is a whopping 12%. 'Tis still a fine work! Will do that. Sure it is, but practically, Govorov's damage fluctuates a lot. I've seen him do something as low as just 57 to 120 on light artillery. Leeb on the other hand, has stable damage output. |

Were you on the Plains for the tests? Did you crit and activate PL? Isn't it Artillery Leader? I was on the plains. I didn't crit. When I got 57, AL didn't activate. AL activates rarely, but when it does, I do get 3-4 hits. |

What I like about Leeb (an evidently you do too) is his FF, since it activates without exception (besides CATs, maybe). Govorov is about what you CAN get. Leeb is about what you WILL get. |
