I am planning to buy one cav general or Justinian. Now I have Roland, Alfred, and Belisarius (gold+ gens). It looks I need many cav gens as campaign goes harder. (I also plan to buy Attila soon.) Who will be the best choice for me? I am at Macedonian dynasty. Thank you all in advance!!

Basil had Counter Inf Expert changed to Melee Inf Expert.
Simeon had Charge Cav Expert nerf.
I think Alfred is enough for the campaign, if you need one or two more errand cav gens, you should get Totila and William of Iron arm; upgrade one or two ranks for them or don’t if your resources are scarce. They won’t disappoint you, and, the campaign is easy.

Get Cnut. He has a great active, a great item, pretty good other skills (although those matter less) and you'll need him anyways because he has a hero legend.
