We're playing as the Arabs here and the arrows are correct in this case. Just odd that ET would change our side long after release.
It should be easier to play as the Arabs here than the Byzantine forces then, I guess.

I really like GCR approach more: after completing campaign for one side, we have an opportunity to play several missions as another side.

That sounds interesting. This game is far from finished, so that feature may get added in let say update 1.8.0
