It's time to get started on the general discussion threads! Justinian is a good generalist and one of if not the best consul in the game. He has high stats with max title and very high rank coupled with his supportive niche makes him very good out of the box. He is very costly however at around 2500 medals players will have a tough time finding medals for him and with his item being locked in a paywall he becomes a less viable combat unit in the mid-late game compares to your specialist. All in all, a solid 4.5.

Its a shame his item is locked. It is not a game changing item and i think Its a Overal, I use him with Theodora in every campaing mission and conquests, their bond is very important to steam up the war economy in missions. bad decision to put it behind a paywall.

Medals don't seem to be too much of a problem in this game, and while he isn't great in campaign, he has a good niche in being the best general in conquest. So, I'm not sure whether to give him 4 or 5 because he's a 6 in conquest but like 2-3 in campaign.

The medals isn't a big problem, playing the conquests with Justinian can get a lot medals.

As zabadanov86 I use him together with his wife in campaigns too. Since I deploy Roland also, I don't have any problems with iron. And that means my troops are almost always of the highest possible quality. Not a minor deal, I would say. Plus he's really good at taking cities and defending them. I think Caesar's weapon is the best f2p item for Justinian.

Certainly the best F2P Consul, and getting Emperor is nice. However, I think that his skills are mixed (Siege and Engineering? Really?) and the fact that he only has 3 skills hurts him a lot. Nice bond, even if it does cost a ton of Heraldry. Not as good as Olga, though.

Should I get him? As I have plenty of heralds to spare, so his rank won't be an issue, but I've already got 2 good generals for each unit type (Belisarius+ Cnut for inf, Alfred+Roland for cav and El cid+ Nur Adin for archer) His administration skill does look tempting though.

this general is really good, most usefull bond, useful if you play one-two star Country in Conquest that he can stop Blackmail which is really draining of resources, so 4/5 star without his weapon and 4,9/5 star with his weapon and 10/5 star if his lobbyst is buffed with his weapon instead of Siege Master (which is useless cause he just defending City not atacking)
