I've tried many times, Romanos IV doesnt die.

am I doing something wrong?
I send Sunicas to help Arp Arslan alive.

The rest go to attack the southern city.
After I capture the city, it lures in Romanos IV
After I defeat the other 2 key units, they have almost wiped out my entire army
Arp Arslan is alive though.
