I just cannot work out or find out how to use these to upgrade general titles. I don’t have any upgrade arrows, only Belisorius is maxed title-wise and I have 99 seals ready to use. Anyone?

I’m just about to finish House of Normandy (Normal).

Idk what to call it since two of them are gold but the higher tier gold.

You can only upgrade title on the "golden" general, that is on the most left side with the coolest looking emblem in the general shop.

For example Belisarius is a "golden" general, Khalid is a "gold" general, you can upgrade Belisarius title and not Khalid.
