Mars looks good for Mithridates, Octavian, and Sertorius. Mithridates is generally regraded as the best non-iap archer general and the high morale works well with his advantage skill so I would give priority to him using it.
We might as well call the Juno banner the Antony banner. Scipio is a alternative user. There's also Wei, Varus, and Hasdrubal but you would never use those lesser generals. This banner is made for Antony.

Minerva banner is Scipio's banner for me Scipio is actually very good for the Arena, he has excellent skills for someone to whom we will not give the best equipment and 4-5 legions, so the Minerva banner and crossbow suits him perfectly. |
