So far, bismark has been a useful general, with his 100% anti retaliation abilities at teir 5. However, his attack is a bit lacking in comparison to li shimin at level 7. Is it worth it to upgrade bismark to teir 7 or is it better to keep him at teir 5 for his anti retaliation abilities?

The extra health and defence he gets at 7 is negated by the hits he takes in retaliation imo, and the anti-cav bonus isn't much to get excited about. |

hello there .
if used only for non-retaliation purposes, then my advice would be to use heihachiro. although expensive at 7 stars, I believe that he retains his braveness ability. I may be wrong.

An artillery general's best weapon against buildings is his +200% damage ability while their damage against normal units (especially in the later stages of the game) is always lacking, even for Li Shimin. Here, the chance to set the grid on fire could be more relevant when dealing with high HP enemies. Instead of upgrading Bismarck twice, I'd use the medals to buy legendary equipment.

Lol. My medals are all spent upgrading all my other units to teir 7. So long as i know he’s best at teir 5. After all, his anti retaliation abilities are very overpowered.
