I've been really enjoying playing some of the mods for EW4, like the Era of Enlightenment mod, but I was wondering if it was possible for someone to create a realism mod, where there are more detailed campaign missions, like in the Battle of Waterloo, and commanders, like Gneisenau, could be added into the game, or potentially more conquests.
-If its possible, may someone help teach me how to mod the game so I can try for myself?

Welcome to the forum! Have you already played the mods listed in this thread? Age of Reason and BJ's WW1 mod, in particular. Btw, do you happen to have the apk for the Age of enlightenment mod? I couldn't find any working link to download it. Nobunaga Oda, this thread needs to be moved. |

Yes I have played both the Era on Enlightenment mod and BJ WW1 mod, and greatly enjoyed both. I have also tried some of the other EW4 mods like the WW2 one, but I would like to try and create a mod myself for EW4.

I have the Age of Reason mod installed and the campaign missions are different from what I see in videos about the era of enlightenment mod. Also, conquests are mostly similar since they're both set in the same period, but there are many differences. At least, this is what I could see in videos on yt. |

The age of reason mod was the first mod I ever I made and teamed up on. Marshal and Rune started it while I simply made the cannons. Marshal also made his latest mod the Ew6 30 years war mod. You should try it out as well. |

Have a look around the modding board You should find everything necessary info to start, here in the modding board. If you have any detailed question, fell free to ask - there many helpfull users around who will guide you when necessary. PS: You need MT-Manager and a hex-Editor (I recommend MNN) for modding EW4. |
