I see a number (+6) next to general icon in the interface I see for every beginning of a turn, aside number or resources produced. Does that mean I can only deploy 6 generals in that game?
If that's the case, about how many generals are allowed in late missions and conquests?
Also, what are the uses of 18 general slots when I can use less than half of them on a game?

you can use 6 generals for every campaign and conquest, why would you have more gens?because some gens are better for that campaign and some are better for the other campaign. sometimes you need an arti gen sometimes you need a naval gen

The Point is that you can use a variety of generals which suit you during missions so pacific war missions might require navy and air generals and North africa may want generals like rommel and montgomery
