So my brother recently upgraded Moct's cure master to max, giving him 150 heals for 3 turns 2 radius, but the Moct in the Panama City Empire mission gives 270 heals? Is that just an AI exclusive thing or does he gain more heals at red star? And Does Moct's cure master heal less than Caesers because Moct is blue or does color not mean anything for skills?

Is your brother's version updated? With the latest update max cure master gives +270hp, before it was +150.
And no, a skill is the same for blue/purple/gold/grey generals.

zink, Yeah, the last update it got was in march, so it's not up to date. It's probably because the kindle is amazon powered, not Google.
