Is this a question? Rommel all the way. He is infantry's worst nightmare. As for second place, Monty is the closest thing you get to a Rommel for the allies.

Rommel. Deals lots of damage.  Second is Monty, like what gerdy said. Monty has better survivability than Rokossovsky(?). Roko is third (tank killer) 4th is patton wHo LiKeS lEcLeRc AnD dEvErS Roko is better for '44, NA and EF (Eastern Front) (cuz of German Tanks) Monty is better for '42 and '45 (cuz of Japanese Infantry) |

Manfred von Richthofen, you forget that Monty is also in the lineup of 44 and NA, allowing you to field an extra gen.
