time to escape to rome Caesar still investigates in Pompeii, and he sent antony in there to investigate. However, the sky suddenly got so grey with burning ash. The volcano is everywhere, and the land is in flames. Caesar, seeing antony, asked what is the happening, but also seen that he is the only one back. Antony replied, saying everything is fine, but his gift is the burning Herculaneum, and Pompeii is the next. The master of the horses had betrayed the greatest conqueror at the time. He will rebuild his Rome, and the fires consume everything. Advance of all units Fast generals and monsters advance enemies to take noterecommended generals: mithy, one woad raider gen and one war chariot and 2-3 fast generalsmonster included in my run: all monsters until minotaurTAKE NOTE:You need mithy so you can atleast deal significant damage to antony and the dragon that will try to stab your back. the behemoth and the enemy guarding rome is marked as !!!.I. Dealing with the backstabberYou have 2 choices with all your archers(includes mithy, caesar and octavian). deal with antony first or run away with the main army. If you deal with antony first, dont go near the dragon, as it is too deadly for your units. Rest of the army go to the nearest city, clear enemies and defeat the one defending the path near the lv 5 city.II. fastest generals race to RomeNOTE: LITERALLY FOLLOW THE PATH AS IN LITERALLY. IT IS BECAUSE THAT PATH IS THE WEAKPOINTS OF THE MONSTERS FORMATION.yes nothing to say literally follow the path with the fastest generals and your fastest monsters while others follow and defend their rear. Ignore the behemoth and kill the goblin (in top in the ones defending the roma gates) and pray + rush into the metropolis.

What generals do you think I need to max out first? I have Belisarius, Octavian, Archer Commander, Mith, and the other standard lineup (Vercin, Pompey, etc.)
To beat the monesters it seems like I should max Mith, Belisarius, Octavian, Anthony, Vercin, Pomepy, and Archer Commander...

I didn't expect Antony would betray us but here we are. Theres gonna be lots of fire and lava so I recommend fire resistance badges and gear for your generals. On turn 2, Pompey and his troops will appear and make a stand against the enemy. It was quite touching to see Pompey and Caesar have this interaction. I didn't want Antony and the dragon to keep harassing me so I focussed my archer generals to kill them. Killing Antony will cause the enemy morale to drop. Its just a matter of making our way through the path to Rome. We are on a bit of a time limit to get to Rome in 15 turns so I didn't focus on destroying the temples. There will be a final line of enemy units blocking the path to Rome at the end. I would give some importance to speed gear here to your strong generals, don't be like me having Hannibal, arguably my strongest general falling behind.
