I discovered a new farming technique that is on par with Gepids, or might be even better. If complete to Scourage of God hard mode rise of the huns stage 1, it should give you 625 coins. You can deploy Alfred the Great with two noble cav and camel rider(any melee cav with 11 mob in general). Due to more powerful general you can easily compete the stage in two-three turns, depending on the power of your Alfred. You can farm 12500 coins per 5 minutes, around the same speed as the Gepids.

In theory, you need to do 20 of them in 5 mins to equal gepids => It equal 4 in 1 mins or 1 in 15 secs.
Well, I tried and it takes about 80 secs for deploying 4 units and do auto. You can tweak it, but I don't see you can do it in less than 40 secs with auto.

That's part of the tweak you can do, but you should actually do it and time yourself. If you can do it in 40 secs for 1 attempt (open the mode, start the battle, finish the battle and claim 625 golds), which I believe it's probably quite a stretch even for that amount of time, let us know your best record.

I stopped farming gold, just do daily quests and watch ads and claim daily gifts, tired of that Gepid and getting bored doing it more than 20 minutes.
