Btw, what are the effects of max level skills?
Btw, Dihya's improved defense with imperial scale armor is lvl 3, reduces dmg dealt by 10% and reduces dmg received by 21%. She tanky af, solid frontline. And that's before she was given Arthur's legend too, wtf.

Red items only give bonuses on their unique general, without the unique general the skill buffs are non existent and stat buffs halfed.
The max level of skills is lvl4 and the effects of upgrading skills are usually increased effectiveness or decreased cool down.
