This is one of the easier levels of Mithridatic wars, but I'm going to make a guide to fill the library. You should choose to help Lucullus. Attack the purple city with your whole force. Kill the archer and capture the city. Pompey should be able to take care of the southern city. After you've attacked the city, an enemy cavalry general will attack you. Use your archers to defeat him. After killing the general start moving towards Artaxata. You will encounter an archer general. Use Lucullus to weaken him and let your weaker units finish him while Lucullus and your main forces move near Artaxata. After Tigranes comes out of the city flank and kill him and you're done.

On Pompey's side, your objectives are
Primary: Occupy all of Pintus' cities (2). Scondary: Finish the level by Turn 14. Defeat one target unit (Mithridates who is found in the eastern city).
Destroy the military camp and build an economic centre / marketplace. Upgrade your city. Advance together with your units, the most important being Pompey. You'll face an Armenian ambush after the end of Turn 1 and the garrison may briefly attack.
After crushing the attackers, hit the southern city. Occupy it, develop it and crush the remaining garrison members. You'll face a counterattack by Pontus' troops, likely from the NE direction from the southern city. Defeat them and their general. This will cause Mithridates, his city's garrison and any reserves Pontus has to attack you. They'll come from the unknown region on the eastern half of the map between Armenia and Pontus' easternmost holdings.
Flank him, build fortifications and use Arson and Oration. He'll continue to advance.
Send your flanking troops to attack his city while Pompey and newly raised troops defeat Mithridates.
Nothing special here. Develop your economy, resist waves of attacks and storm the enemy cities.
