The final level for the Destruction of Pompeii. We have the final clash with Antony and Cleopatra.
Regrading the 3 key enemy units, they are Antony who you will encounter as you go west, Cleopatra who will be in the western city, a dragon which will spawn after Cleopatra is defeated.
Beware that 2 of the cities have a inflated HP value. These 2 cities have 1296 HP, so equipping war gear is highly recommended.
I focussed my troops in the south to take the 2 cities held by Antony's troops and then made a pivot west.
Caesar will kill the Behemoth guarding the arena and free Pompey and the other roman generals. They soften the northern defences but I had to send help to take the 2 northern cities.

You will have to face the egyptian generals and I encountered Cleopatra here
Defeating her will trigger this. The dragon will spawn here and several monsters will spawn near Rome to attack it.
We want 3 stars so what should ideally happen is to avoid killing Cleopatra until all the cities are taken and the strongest units are positioned near the dragon spawn point. Kill Cleopatra and the dragon on the same turn to avoid giving the monsters a chance to take Rome.
I still completed with 3 stars but I messed up a bit as Cleopatra died on the enemy turn when she attacked my Pompey, this gave the monsters a turn to attack Rome before I had my turn.
Some enemy troops did slip by and attacked my rear cities. You can probably see above I sent Octavian, Han Xin, and a few monsters to clear them.
