I don't fear this one as much as I do for Achilles as I can attack with my archers but still particularly troublesome due to how tanky it is.
Takes 30 less damage from archers, heavy armor, has high defence stat at 65 (only barbarian king and Achilles are higher) , and 3000 HP on the full strength unit.
From my experience in hero legend, I think it was easier to take down the dragon, barbarian King, and ancient giant.

Long time since i battled one. Please remind me should i actually try to kill it or is it rather something to avoid approaching in the first place.
I guess its depending on the mission and if it has a red target on it. But the missions currently didnt... i avoided it this time with spamming single units to block it.
But my question stands, is this thing even defeatable and how to go about it 😆, and is it recommended to defeat or avoid

But, as usual, only when we have no other choice but to fight it. |

Even more so than usual, pay close attention to buffs and debuffs. Note that it's immune to plague, but not fire. -30 damage is effective against secondary units, but archer (especially horse archer) generals still do good damage. Obviously, surround for morale debuff if at all possible. Heavy armor means thump attack (Vercy, Hannibal if you bought him) are super effective. It's RNG, but if you get lucky Vercy can crit him for 6-700 without even taking a counterattack (counterattack is nasty though if Ambush doesn't fire).
