Do the medals you get from things, like conquest, do anything? If you're talking about the achievements like Europe conqueror, then there's none that I know of, it's for aesthetic purposes only. |

Don’t know if you saw the achievement post yet, but if you don’t then here is the thing: 6 conquest medals: Finishing all conquests except  within round limit, 75 round for 1939 (both sides), 70 round for 1943 (both sides), 65 round for 1950 and 60 round for 1960. 4 wonder medals: Build xx conqueror wonders. 1 challenge medal: Complete at least all lvl 1 challenges |
