IIRC, I think this is a straightforward advance. Most troops to break the southern line, one or two to assist your allies.
Use the oddly placed southernmost tile to turn the southern edge of the line after you take out the centre garrison.
Stick together, take the southern city and turn northward.

Use Belisarius' Receuitment to keep stacking fresh troops to rush the enemy. They'll come towards the SW city so your job is to defend and defeat these reinforcements, but you should also prepare full and preferably legions (about 2) to attack the NW city from the east.
Romanos IV may use the pass the attack the SW city but is also known to roam around the NW city. The troops east of his position are to either draw him out and defeat him or to trap him in the pass and destroy his forces.

I captured The southern city , and Romanos IV and The other two generals atacked The city that i captured .

Komenos Normal was honestly a breeze for me, I was able to get it done within an hour. The only level I had trouble with was the Battle of Mykerpherion. I remeber sending Roland on melee and Basil II on charge cav( back when he was a cav gen) to kill Romanos and the other general in the North. While, I used Cnut and EL Cid to take on the gens in the south. Just place a few war drums when in doubt.
