Turrets are unlocked at building castle lvl 13. Bonuses of wonders are too good to be universal. Most likely we will benefit from them only in Territory mode. This wonder is very useful against Templars in general and Richard in particular...

On a side note... To the question of the best unit in EW7. I fought with Mamlukes lvl 12 today and they are more formidable opponents (at least, in Territory mode) than Templars of the same level. They are almost immune to range attacks and deal insane damage in counterattacks. I think that a castle encircled with turrets and archer towers and guarded by Mamlukes in defensive stance would be a pain to take.

Might seem an "off-topic", but I was thinking about selling all the T6 melee cav shards I've earned in the new missions for Varangians fragments. What would you suggest, stoic ?

Has anyone reached Wonder bonuses? I have already attacked one the players with archer tower reward Wonder. What about those bonuses? I am currently sitting on 100+ silver coins and don't know what to do with it. Really don't see any reason to develop the territory right now...

I unlocked 3 Wonders already I even destroyed one wonder already after upgrading it to lvl 3 and collecting all rewards Hagia Sophia increases chances of charge, reduces damage to charging cavalry and increases damage of charging cavalry against melee cavalry, if I remember correctly...

In my experience Varangians' fragments were the most easily obtainable t5/6 fragments out there (together with Elephant archers and Noble cavalry). At least, before the last update. You can upgrade them without additional sacrifices, imo. Just refresh your shop and buy fragments there if you want to speed up the process. Even you are not planning to use t6 melee cavalry at the moment, just keep all the fragments for the time being. You can dismantle them any time you wish. There is no need to make hasty decisions right now.

So territory bonuses exclusively? Are those applied on the enemy territory when You attack on only on Yours while defending?

Anyway, I agree there is no need to rush. These would be actually quite OK items as it can be used together with standard equipment. It is in the group of armor (yellow group) which is nice.

I saw in campaign and conquest that the bonus of wonders doesn’t work nor appear in units infos (I see an increased charging % on Noble Cavalry In pvp, but not elsewhere).
