It's interesting what will be the winning conditions of these missions in hard mode... Hard mode missions are absolutely the same. In stage 1 it is small variation on the last 2 turns but super easy. And stage 2 is totally same but the requirement is to save all 4 units instead of 1 in the easy mode. |

The idea is to try to end turn in the middle by using his rotation skill. Iirc it is only one turn I couldn't end up in the middle, so I had to place Baldwin as a meatshield at the end of this turn, but he can easily survive couple of attacks. |

In hard mode, I saw that enemies left you alone for first turn when they appeared, not attack immediately like easy mode. I passed it in first try w/o any problem. Easier than easy mode.
