I have problems with conquests 1939 and 1943. I was able to beat 1939 as Finland in 124 turns, and nothing yet on 1943. Is there a good country that could pull me out a victory with bad generals at hand? Like a sub 100?

Generals: Auchinleck, Manteuffel, and Zhang
Wonders: Kremlin, Mir Castle Complex, Pharos
Tech: Infantry 4, Artillery 4, Tanks 3, Forts 2, Ships 3, Air Force 3, And Supplies 1.

1. If you are trying to have a fast conquest, I recommend you to use 3 stars countries. 1939 Japan&UK/USSR and 1943 Germany&UK/USSR are good.
2. Your generals are not very good, especially Zhang L.F. and Manteuffel. And fort tech is useless. If you want you can reinstall the game.

Ok. With 3 star countries, I usually get flanked from all sides and dont know how to deal with it. And should I restart the game? And if so what general should I buy?

For 43 UK but it is challenging. You have to fight in 3 diffrent spots on the world. Best for UK is 33 turns for me.

For the flanking thing just spawn some weak troops there... they should hold out until you defeat the attacking country. If not use one of your generals to hold the flank.
