Rome’s forces mobilize and and take positions to the north to attack Etruria. 10,000 infantry and 1,000 Calvary attack and (20 triremes?) are in this force. Rome stands poised to declare war on Etruria. The spirit of the brave soldiers of Clusium still lives. 18,000 Etruscan infantry is sent to Veii and Caere. Sorry Port, my bad, I can send only 8,000. 10,000 are stationed in Capua, they attack Tarracina from the south.

eeeeef, the army sets up their camp at a plain a few kilometres south of Thebes. 12 representatives, 1 from each council city ride to Thebes. They tell the city to surrender, if they want to avoid a long siege.

Only for Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov and Manfred von RichthofenI agree, though I think it might depend on the progress of the war. But I think there should be a term that gives us the permission of passing through their territory for our armies. Because they seperate my territories, Attica and Delphi, and it might be a problem for us in the war with Persia.

I had to get some bread while typing this lol The troops in 2,500 troops defend Paralia while 5,000 troops start to move westward to clear up the coast. They will clear the coast by the next page.
I evacuate my troops and ships from Potidaea and will arrive in Porto Heli in two pages.

Only for Port , How would you feel about an alliance with the Ionic Greeks? Am I correct in thinking that at this point you're aligned with the Persians? I have no interest in fighting with you in any case, I have designs on Sicily. I already have a non-aggression pact with the Etrurians until page 20, but I can take part in defensive, if not offensive operations.

Only for Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov, I want to clarify the terms of our treaty to be sure we're on the same page. As I understand non-aggression, we are not allowed to initiate battle by attacking the other's forces, nor are we allowed to move troops into or through the other's territory except by agreement. Non-aggression does not prevent us from assisting in defensive operations in the case of an attack on an ally, and the presence of our troops in an ally's territory does not protect the ally from attack. Sound reasonable?

Otherwise any war could be used as an excuse for war between us.

Only for PortI have control of Tarracina and if the war goes on longer I can bring reinforcements from Greece. I will not threaten Rome and we can settle a peace if you give me Tarracina.
