Am in the Komnenos Dynasty my generals are;
Cav:Khalid=>Knights Templer
Ronald=>Knights Templer
(I bought Knight Templers with medals)
Infantry:Belasarius=>Varangian Guards
Aetius=>Varanguan Guards
Ranged:Justinian=>Ravenna Crossbowman
Who should I get next.Am thinking about
Cnut or El cid.I am free to play btw.

Pick El Cid he is so strong, when you unlock his unit and upgrade his item to max.You need 1 more range general. I am f2p too and almost clear whole game with no problems

I would definitely say Cnut (an alternative is Basil). Aetius and Justinian can work as your Archers for now, and Belisarius without his weapon just doesn't cut it as an infantry gen. After him, get a good Archer like El Cid Ruy Díaz or Nuradin.

Equip Khalid with the same units as Roland: Non-War Axe Melee Cav.
Consider giving Belisarius some Def. Inf. for his bond with Narses. Aetius can function as a Narses-lite for now.
Don't give Justinian full Ravenna, I think Ravenna - Ravenna - Woad will suffice without Conquistadors.
Your archer general is weakest, get El Cid, then Alfred (maybe even Alfred first for Noble cav/Templars usage), and then Basil for his item if you can clear Buring Crusade without major problems.
