I think it was talked about a lot in the past but I don't think that there was any single thread to it. I tried finding it but couldn't.
Basically, I need the ideas for my blog post. Question - What if the Axis powers wins WW2?

Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, and Emperor Hirohito go on a fetch quest and obtain a macguffin that thanos snaps every allied nation into oblivion.

Question - What if the Axis powers wins WW2? Before I answer that, please answer how on earth that happens. I came up with this - 1. Japan would attack USSR instead of America. In the real timeline, the Japanese didn't think that they could take on the might of the Soviet army. Their invasion of China would go as usual. My point is that they should prevent the Far Eastern Soviet forces from reaching Moscow by attacking USSR. 2. Italy wins the war against Greece, so that 3. Operation Barbarossa starts in May. 4. The Army group center does not stop before Moscow and does not divert its soldiers to Kiev. Many do have the opinion that sending troops to the south was right, but I believe otherwise.

In Asia-Pacific, concerning Japan:
Decolonisation could have been achieved earlier and manifested in a different form. Perhaps colonies like British India as a single, collective geopolitical entity could've been preserved or would've broken up later on. Same goes for other colonies or conquered territories. Lines may be drawn differently, the first non-Japanese and non-colonial regimes may be different.
This assumes that they are given some form and degree of independence and sovereignty. We can easily refer to the puppet and/or collaborationist governments that were imposed or created in occupied lands in Manchuria (then Manchukuo), the rest of China and Korea.
In the Soviet Union, Mongolia and other states which existed (Australia, Thailand, etc.)? Hard to tell. It depends on the terms of peace agreed to, if any, or any other developments in the war.
A Japanese animation about a fictional Japanese NAVAL victory (defeating the USA as the main goal) led to developments which formed an arrangement for Japanese intervention in Europe. Although clearly fictional, it can be used as a basis for pipe dreams. We know that the alliance with Japan was undeniably an alliance partly made due to the coincidence of a possible war with the USA. Whether the two would clash depended on numerous factors, of which defeating the USA was one of them.

Only if Steiner had attacked, Axis could have conquered all of Russia and France
