I just started this game. I have enough medals to buy practically anyone. I have pacorus 1 and commander. Only did like 5 campaign missions so I can get many more medals easy. What two generals should I buy?

What two generals should I buy? 1. Have you developed your Commander? My suggestion would be to give him Cav Commnader, Assault, Guerilla and Ambush on Ten Sides, but archer and infantry Commanders are good as well. 2. Since you already have Pacorus I, I would use the medals on an infantry general, Vercingetorix or Pompey. Vercingetorix has the best damage and survivability and is in my opinion the best f2p infantry general in the game whereas Pompey has more Mobility and Inf Commander which makes him probably a bit easier to use in early game. 3. Then, I would get Pedius for archers. He'll be a good archer Pacorus until you have 2 gold/silver infantry and cavalry generals (Vercingetorix and Pompey for infantry and Belisarius and Pacorus I for cavalry. And replace someome with Commander). Then you should buy Mithridates VI or Drusus if you want. Of course you can buy Mith earlier, but my experience is it really isn't necessary until Caesar's civil war. 4. Then for items, you should buy the Laurel Crown first since it's really good and costs only 215 medals. Then, when you have 6 generals, you can buy the Golden Spear. These would be my suggestions. |

I have only added points on archery. No skills yet. I am getting a feel for the game and what I like before I fully decide on a commander type. That's why I want decent generals fast so I don't have to rely on my commander yet. |
