Id like to know how you'd use them and on what generals, i was thinking of dismantling some, or should i save them, or dismantle them? Since the other melee cavalry are stronger, i didnt think id need them, but in which situations would i be able to use their skill?

Well if you are f2p you dont need tham.If you have Charlemange that stick with tham. As f2p player I am using teutonic on my Roland and Barbarosa, and 1 of tham on Narses for mobility

i followed the advice of others and keep holding on to all fragments even though i havent unlocked ANY melee cav unit yet. idk i managed to finish game up to here why disassamble everything now? therefore same advice to you. it seems too much of a waste, dont do it. in my opinion.

Does the heal of knight hospitaller stack if you have them in different legions placed next to each other? For Example 3 tiles next to each other with 1 hospitaller each give 15% heal for All 3 legions?

I dont believe so, it would be too good As for usage, I find they are really useful in conquest, especially large ones. Means you can have a group of gens with boats on them all the time as you do not need tents. Continuous healing. I like to have groups of 3 gens in conquest: 2 attack, preferably tanky (cnut, timur, rob bruce) + 1 support with hospitaller and teutonic and some support skill like healing or calmness. Works great. Also quite useful to pair with tents when needed, eg when going into heavily occupied areas (you get +15-20% per turn, actually makes a difference). For the same reason I use these hospitaller support gens in territory expedition too. Quite important to recharge health during the first 2 to 3 empty turns at the beginning of each battle. For conquest and expedition, lvl 6 hospitaller is just fine, no need to upgrade further. That’s where mine are and I am not investing in them any more. There are other more important obvious units to invest in. Outside of that yeah I am not too sure they can do much in campaign as we use war drums anyway. Sort of similar to healing gem. I still need to try tent lvl 3 + health gem + hospitaller. That would be +25% health each turn never done it yet And I would agree with keeping all fragments. The trade value is so low compared to replacement cost.
