I’m abassid caliphate. I move two armies in to the territory of my neighbor to the north and on turn 2 i declare war and the two armies in their territory can’t move at the beginning of the turn. There are no enemy units in the nearest city Gadzak. Why did this happen?

There are no enemy units in the nearest city Gadzak. Why did this happen? It is introduced with the latest update. You need not to trespass the territory. Every unit on territory of the country You declare war on will lose its movement. You need to declare war and only after that enter their territory. |
