second, there are rewards like that in conquest ach.
third, prioritize the units of your strongest generals to upgrade first (if mith then upgrade horse archer, verc then woaders etc.)
fourth, there elite armor
five, having it in missions are random
six, update the game
seven, enjoy
eight, wait for new update

You get elite armor from daily missions, so it's not limited. At least better than gems.
However, legendary armor is very limited. You need both PoH and Victoria for all of them. Non-IAP players can only have 4.
