I'll post pics of maxed elite arm here. The basic skill of unit is changed at lvl 5 and the other chaged at lvl 6. Cav: 80% continuous attack instead of 60 Archer: Nothing Inf: 25% retaliation instead of 15%.    |

Cataphract has a level6 elite and it gets the same strike as imperial cavalry. Pacorus and Orodes, rejoice

I'd say he's one of the few that is worth purchasing just because of his elite arm (besides Hasdrubal and possibly Li). |

I see, so we should compare Phraates with elite arm to Bato, Labienus, Crassus etc without elite arm in arena and Epic war.
It'd be interesting to hear about this from new players because for me there is the argument that I already invested medals and badges into to these tier2 (or 3) generals and the benefit of raising Phraates is probably not too great.
Especially Hasdrubal could outperform whoever is in 4th and 5th cav slot in arena - or not if I think of Commius and his own elite arm |
