I mean, can you also get the achievement thing (or whatever it is called)? Like the "Conquer X country" and then you can claim the rewards from the top-left corner? yes you will get the triumph rewards for hegemony if you achieve hegemony in challenge mode. almost certainly the same goes for title claims, but i did not have any unclaimed titles to confirm it, but very likely.

Ralyks, I just re-read your guide and I noticed that there are missing parts for the strategy advice for some countries, as if you deleted by mistake some sentences. Legend of the vikings -> East Francia, West Francia Crusader States -> Byzantine Empire and maybe Kingdom of Jerusalem And what does it mean "Don't waste Drums to get a faster hegemony as afaik you'll only get a little less gold."? I never use war drums, so I don't know. (It's in the second paragraph of the intro part)

blueberry, it means that clearing normal conquests will lead to the same rewards no matter how fast one's clear is (unless it's "too" fast). Don't waste war drums which costs gold for a faster clear because your earnings will be smaller after deducting the cost of the spent war drums.

Can anyone confirm if ET changed the amount we can collect upon declaring war on someone's request?
I'm pretty sure I was supposed to collect more rewards as the HRE (100 Years' War) for going to war against Poland (either because I paid the Papacy or my nearest allies so they were at war).
Also, if you pay someone or, specifically, Christian states to wage war against the Papal States, your relations with them will drop.

blueberry, thanks for reporting in, fixed. I also added some extra info on some others that had not even a whole line (although they were very straight-forward) In March I'll give it a shot at the biggest conquest which is still missing here, as I dont expect ET to have the new Conquest until April. Any reasonable feedback will be read and added on notes, for when I start testing and writing it.

Do we know if the enemy troops that disappear when you take their last city are counted as killed? If not, I guess I should try to kill as many of them as possible before taking the city. But this may delay the further advancement.

Most will disappear upon capture of all cities or surrender. Others, like the Huns (Barbarian Invasion), Vikings (Age of Vikings), French and HRE Crusaders (Crusader States), Pirates of all eras (I think) and Avars (Rise of Byzantinium) will not.

Thanks, but my question was if they are counted as killed, thus contributing to a high score.

Ok, thanks. It would be a nice feature if ET added more stats in the window that appears at the start of each turn. In addition to showing income etc. they could show cities captured, units killed and countries annihilated.

There is something like that next to the cities tab that shows important events of the last turn. But yeah, units/generals killed would be nice, too.

Ralyks, you might add that if you achieve hegemony before turn 20 in Crusader States, France Crusaders won't join. Thanks for a great guide.
