For 2 months I noticed this bug I have. I can't have the blitzkrieg skill. In order to take the skill you must conquer a city in the first axis mission witch is supposed to be green but mine isnt. If i take it the skill remains unlocked. I tried to solve it by emailing them. They said they will look into it and that I should try to communicate with other players on their discord server. I tried no-one knows how to solve this.I tried Uninstalling again nothing.
