drusus or octavian imo. drusus probably better early on if you dont have many high moral items yet.  (i did it the other way around, thought i would go for highest tiers only, but turns out you will get them all eventually. i am having more fun with gcr than with ew7 at the moment  ) unless your commander is an archer, than maybe a 2nd high tier cav: Huo or arminius (but again i bought arminius first and turns out i like huo more ^^) |
