This beauty here is princess isabela, she is the 2nd best artillery general after Monreau, and unlike him she is totally free. You can also tag the Russian princess Sophia along as she too is quiet good. The nice thing about Isabella is that unlike the last 2 princess (Lan and Victoria) she is actually attainable fairly quickly,as in 45 turn games. While testing EW4 at my phone. 45 turns gave me only 650 years rule and no Isabella, I have passed Imperial Eagle and several missions of the Coallition. So either campaigns or rank+nobility also matters to get Isabella... I assume it is campaign progress as rank - 58 level, nobility - 67 level.

Ok, I tried a bit older save and finished at turn 44 with resources 9700, 3400, 9500 and recieved Isabella with 700 years ruled. Several reload showed me that at turn 45 with 9999, 3400, 9500 it is only 650 years and no Isabella.
So the matter is not in campaigns but in the turns/resources ratio. More or less same as with Lan and Victoria.

Still like stated in the otiginal post Isabella is well worth getting and is possible to get fairly easily at only 45 turns, unlike Lan or Victoria who require much more.

As for the campaign progress factor, I think Monty shows that he gets all the princesses when his progress is still at the end of Coalitions campaign. So campaign progress is probably irrelevant or, at best, relevant up to the end of Coalitions campaign.

It is possible to make it as a first walkthrough without even playing campaign. As soon as I have cracked version on the phone. I purchased Paget (4*), Moreau (4*) and Lassale (5*). And passed it almost without items. So the reason I post it is that someone could make use if faced same problem.

I have already passed Coalition and if loading those first savegame it is still 650 years rule.

The different turn numbers could just be a flaw of the game. Along with the many grammatical errors (I don't blame Easy Tech because they are not English I'm pretty sure) I wouldn't be surprised if the turn numbers were just minorly flawed.
