"adjust some general skills" i saw in the preview recap. i dont see any difference but whatever. have yet to try the free sample of iaps anyway. wow ridiculous. i just played a few trial missions. for example in wallace there are both robert and wallace and they buffed their skill points up to 300 and 280, buffed beyond even p2w capabilities, and had charge cav charge at 3 def inf (with modao.. so that all counterattack) so obviously the gens just destroy everything and it doesnt help at all to evaluate wallaces real value and decide on a purchase bc its so forced: charge cav force charging against def inf with full counter. funnily enough it was the better advertisment for robert. and also more accurate bc he more or less actually is like that with all his dmg and active skill. in comparison i hoped for a fun mission using trap, beeing such an icredibky unique skill, but they didnt even matter bc the enemy just kills itself anyway and the traps were mostly negligible.

In the preview image, you can read the description for the new skill "internal affairs" which states that the cost of national policy is reduced, but that part has been removed. The cost is not reduced. And there goes the skill which could have made challenge conquest a little easier.
I noticed that the plunder skill has been changed (get gold 50 ->100 at lv4)

Yeah Robert is one hell of a monster in wave clearing, wound eveyrone around him and watch him wipe everything down, and if they attack him on low HP he just heals up A 3 turn monster

Do you have problems with cloud saves? After reinstalling version 1.9.6 I can upload saves. Only in the new version it doesn't work. I had such problems for a few days after earlier updates, but now a month has passed and it worries me.

Did any one understood what changed with administration. They said that having more than 150 would provide a global income increase. I tried a conquest with a gen with 148 administration and the same gen with 153 administration : exactly the same income. Only the town with the gen has an income upgrade. No global income upgrade.

Yeah, Easytech was really brutal with those ban lists. It was warranted, but RIP the P2W people. They prob lost about 15-100 dollars USD

They prob lost about 15-100 dollars USD So you are saying people really got thrown out and excluded from the game? That is quite harsh, isn't it? At first I thought we were speaking about the shop in campaign, that people had been picking fragments for free. But with such punishment I reckon it must be the shop where you pay with real money. Then it makes sense. Was that the case?

I doubt it was the IAP shop. It was probably, as you said, the in-game shop and people were getting fragments for free. It's not directly an issue of people abusing glitches, so people aren't given a "fair" punishment. People were banned due to breaking the user agreement, which was the first thing that was presented to you when you downloaded the game. Thus, everybody got the same punishment, regardless of how much money paid.
