For Mehmed's item, Sudan Musketeer Guards has been changed to Sultans Musketeer Guards (without the apostrophe). It's probably an initial typo.
With that in mind, I think Easytech is going to utilize Charles VII's new Firearms Expert ability for him. If that's the case, then people w/o Charles can have their own version. An arguably better version since this general will likely be more specialized in being an offensive general rather than administrative. (Yes, I'm just that bitter.)

If they raise the max level of units, will enemy units in conquests also be leveled up the same number of levels? If not, challenges will get somewhat easier.
How has this been handled in previous updates with units upgrades?

Lvl6 is the cap for regular conquests, but I think he was talking about challenge conquests. And there hasn't been lvl raises after the release of challenge conquests. We'll see how that sorts out.

Finally a dev diary entry! According to ET besides new campaign: POH in 2.1 version will add lvl61-lvl65, except the lvl61 rewards Milthril, the DEV team also add new items and equipment this time like lvl62's rewards  |
