Not the traditional "only good looking data" Alex, but the Alex with his exclusive-bonus Saddle earned by Inf Trail, is worth enough to culture, isn't him? As we know the Saddle will make Alex "stealth-battle-Ram' due to the combination of ignoring terrain and his own bonus damage against fort-units, making him more able to kill forts by surprise more. In addition, the damage provided agianst Inf by the Saddle also make Alex fight on his own if things much more, at least when if the enemies only have Inf. However, as being inveitable to counter-attack still and having no range, Alex's chance to get rumored is still possibly one of the highesst. Any thought?

In addition, the damage provided agianst Inf by the Saddle also make Alex fight on his own if things much more, at least when if the enemies only have Inf. However, as being inveitable to counter-attack still and having no range, Alex's chance to get rumored is still possibly one of the highesst. Any thought? Any general without braveness or volley/firepower/volley 75% version is at risk of getting rumored. The saving grace is that rumor only has, at most, a 30% to trigger, and rumor generals are few and far between. Bis, Cleo, Nelson, Yi Sun-Sin, Richard, Suleiman, Columbus, and Koxinga (might be forgetting a few more). A lot on paper, but compared to all the other generals, your chance of facing one run lower. Even still, if a general gets rumored, it's not the end of the world. From my sightings, I've noticed enemy AI ignore rumored generals around 30% of the time. Even if they keep attacking the rumored general, that gives our other generals a chance to attack with less fear. Disregarding rumor, Alex with his saddle is pretty good. He's like Caesar in regards to his perks, plus gaining march (which I still think is underrated imo) can help Alex get away in a tight spot. Alex is meant to be a tank and deal big damage, and saddle helps him do this. They're walls, they're supposed to be on the frontlines and take all the hits. Alex fills his role perfectly, so I think saddle + Alex is a great combo. Also wanna put my two cents in on how I think each special item is valuable compared to one another. Yi Sun-Sin: gaining Nelson's longbow on the sea is an amazing buff to gain, and since Yi does the best on water, this is a perfect duo. Bismarck: Artillery's biggest downfall is their inability to hit targets in front of them. This makes Bismarck one of the best arty since he has range unlike no other arty. Now, I still believe Bismarck to be better than his red star and above, but that means he's a bit weaker compared to other generals, but I think the amulet gives him the boost he needs to stay in the ranks. Saladin: Gaining a chance to get Nobby's mass fire is incredible. It can definitely come in clutch, and Saladin is supposed to be a high damage dealer. This is the perfect combo, and added with log, he's even tankier. The only reason this is lower is because it's not as game breaking as the amulet or Yi's item. Napoleon: Having the chance to cause fire again gives him a good boost, but nothing too special besides that. Arthur: Having a free bravery is great, especially against rumor generals, but that is a smaller niche, and not as amazing compared to the others. Alexander: Anti-infantry and march. Two good perks to have, but nothing to write home about compared to the others.
