Stop replying to me, toxic kid. I only bought 10 IAP generals and use 2 main units. 99% can do this. F2P are less than 1% of the players. You are quoting my posts. Why do You think I won't reply? As I said You don't have a clue of what You are talking about. I said that Your strategy is only working with Your particular pay-to-win approach. And You answer: everyone can do it. Of course everyone can do stupid things. The only question is why do You need to pay in order to win. The reason most are playing ET games - challenge. You get full game from buying generals, otherwise it's a lite version. Why should I give advices to players who have limited demo game?! Just buy full version. Stop saying about f2p nonsense. ET games are not free games and that's it, but ofc you can try them before buying. That's ET business model. Full game has at least 240 more missions.

A lite version is a version with less content. Limited demo is a small piece of the game to see how it plays. Alpha and beta versions are an example. F2Ps have access to 1.7.6., the latest version of the game. ET games are not free games? Tell that to GCR, EW4, EW5, EW6: 1804, EW6: 1914, WC3, WC4, GOG, GOG Pacific, GOG2, GOG3, etc. Most are F2P, with IAPs. There is no full game.

May we know how many "not free" ET games have you previously played? Can you name them? Which one of the last ET games was not "free" - GCR, GoG3, EW6, EW6 1914, WC4, EW5, EW4, WC3? All these games are completely and absolutely "free". But maybe did I miss something?

Generals are game content, everything is game content, you get a lot of extra game content by "buying a game". There are just different ways to sell a game. ET sells generals, but you get a lot more: access to grind gems, new missions and so on. ET provides demo games, where you have limited rewards, missions, number of generals, etc. But you can buy full game, learn how gaming business works.

If you are part of an alpha or beta group, would you not have a lite version (without the full content)? Maybe in mobile game ads, where you can do a demo in 5 seconds, or a game demo at a store, where you can take it for a spin in 5 minutes, but 1.7.6 is not a demo. It's the full game as of writing. Ok. Say I wipe my cloud and uninstall the game. 1.7.6 is free on Android. I install it. Did I install a lite version? No. because a lite version would not have access to the latest new features. Think of IAPs as a DLC. They are fully optional. Say I buy a $60 USD game, but opt not to buy the $10 USD DLC. Did I buy the full game? Yes. Did I buy the DLC? No. "ET provides demo games, where you have limited rewards, missions, number of generals, etc. But you can buy full game, learn how gaming business works." Limeted Rewards? Nope. Raid tickets and daily missions are infinite, even for F2P. Missions? Finite, unless you count territory, but that also applies for P2W. # of generals? Also finite, even for P2W. Knowledge of the gaming business? Not required, even for P2W.

It is absolutely evident to everyone here that f2p and p2w players have equal access to all available game content in all previous games. Because we actually played them And have some knowledge about "business model" of ET. EW7 was the first game when some content is locked for f2p players. The first game ever!

F2p player can reach the end of game (last stage, last conquest = like the last boss). IAPs is pay for advantage.

E.g. there are 21 generals with hero quests in EW7, and half of them are IAPs - it means you have access to 50% of the missions without paying. DLC from business perspective is a game update. If you don't buy it you will have outdated or limited game. Full game means access to everything.

If you define full game by most others' definition, no. If 2 + 2 = 9 by your definition, are you right? But you can have a full playthrough without IAPs. Well, missions are also campaigns. HL is also not required to complete the main game (campaign). There are 11 campaigns available to P2W. How many are available to F2P? Also 11. I would like to see whose business perspective this is coming from? Someone who has access to Google (which after a quick search, says nothing about this), or someone who actually has a business degree and has come to the EFC to enlighten gamers about business models. Both are ridiculous and pointless. DLC = Not an update. An update would change the game version. If I buy Robin Hood, will I get EW7 update 1.8 instead of 1.7.6? "Oudated"? Is your base game useless? Seeing as you can't play a DLC without the base game.

And theoretically (for EW7 at least), if you have $70 USD, you do have access to all generals: You just don't want to use it.

I assume purchasing those gems to have full lvl5 gems set this guy purchased for real money (instead of his lunch I suppose ) also provided some specific game content he was missing. Seriously, we won't be able to convince such a player. He is playing this specific way. No problem. Problem is that he is really thinking his way of playing is the best possible to win

Perhaps andrei is right and it is pointless to continue it, but to me it is quite obvious that game content is one thing and IAP generals, medals, weapons are another thing. They can help a player to complete game content, but they are not a part of it. Because there is an obvious difference between a goal and means to achieve that goal.

And I play the game the way it should be played, with all generals. Games are meant for fun. Or grinding, redoing missions many times and rerolling is the right way to play games, like f2p players do? 🤣

About fun in games, it's a big question who having more fun, player who fights with lvl 6 units vs lvl 15, or who fights with lvl 15 units vs lvl 6.
