I was just wondering what is the best tech to go for out of these choice? Or if there is just one good 1. If so what is it?
Infantry: level 4
armor: Level 5
Artillery: Level 4
Navy: level 4
Air force: level 3

Armor is usually the most prioritized tech.

Yeah it but I don't see a much of point to focus on air force over the over but if there is an argument for it I might develop it more.

Air. It is the only one that actually gives a super good bonus. The other ones increase your starting level for XP, but that is replaceable with generals and/or actually fighting. Air does a ton for helping you in campaigns.

Infantry: level 4 armor: Level 5 Artillery: Level 4 Navy: level 4 Air force: level 3 Ignore navy, navy is useful only like 1941 and challenge mode, and for the first one focus on either air or infantry, those being the most useful (air upgrade is either just increasing damage or range both useful) and being the most used in the game (yeah armor is the best to the game, but you will see infantry ten times more than armor. Do armor next after both had done and next is artillery and navy |

In fact, save navy for last. I got quite far with minimal upgrades (lvl 2, I think) and no admiral besides free ones until 1944 or 1945.
