I have like 500 tulips and I’m wondering where I should spend them. I heard that Louise, Katrine, and Ariel were good for maxing, and Lan and Sophia were good princess generals. Where should I spend my tulips?

Where should I spend my tulips? Lan and the (better) admiral, Sakurako if I'm not wrong, are the only ones worth converting into gens. Sakurako is too defensive as a main admiral, but can still hit hard. Lan is a better Davout. The rest are to be kept as buffs, especially Sophia, Louise and the discount princesses. In battle, I think no one would dispute upgrading Sophia (smg reduction) or Louise (increased dmg). |

Yeah I’ve heard that Lan was good. I’m wondering which princesses should be fully upgraded first?

I don't use princess as commanders, only place them in the palace. I don't think any princess can match the top two generals from each class so I don't have experience using them. I recommend the following path for placing princesses in palace:
Top 3:
Katherine: 50% discount on all city structures, will come.more handy that usual, when you can upgrade a city to level 5 and still have the cash for some Grenadiers and Cav
Sophia / Louise : this is up to you in which order, but I found it sometimes better to remove units with high damage output rather than increase defence on generals that have a field hospital item
Next:
Isabela / Maria / Ariel / Lan - discount on units is always nice, again up to you which one you rather have discounts on, but I found I never used Lan yet
Last:
Victoria / Fatimah / Sakurako - the only reason I upgrade them is because I have a surplus of roses.
