I have a question. I saw in the forum say that the ability of explosives causes more damage in cities, but in the description of the skill says that it causes more damage in Fort units, not in cities. So someone could confirm if the damage in the cities is real, or just a collective delirium.

Cities count as fort units. A great example is by looking at Patton's damage against cities.

Explosives doesn't cause a damage boost when the firing unit is in a city or a boost against a unit in a city, but does boost the damage dealt to the city's innate HP when it comes under attack.
