So technically I am asking you, is it possible? Well, technically all of us would say No. But actually, you can (IDK why, is it a glitch, abnormality or what) but actually it is possible.
Leave a Conquest, then go to the Main Screen, click the Cloud and then click load. And Ta-da! Your War Drums resetted (and your campaigns if you have one). It happened on mine... Many times. How about everyone, did it happen to you?

All saves/loads in the middle of the unfinished conquest damage the final score and don't give us any PoQ points. |

In my (although somewhat limited) experience, save/load is no problem if you didn't use war drums in the first place. But if you did, and then download to regain, it will be like you described. |

Allow me to point out that I think you may be a bit wrong here. In my (although somewhat limited) experience, save/load is no problem if you didn't use war drums in the first place. But if you did, and then download to regain, it will be like you described. Quite probable. I only reloaded data once while still having unfinished conquest, and got E. But maybe the fact that I have opened my mercenary orders meantime was the main cause. |

How about everyone, did it happen to you? Not just war drum, I initially found that you could abuse everything for conquest (Unit upgrade, mercenary order ticket, general/item upgrade, and war drum). This would enable max performance for conquest (eg max lvl unit + max lvl mercenary), and you could reclaim all resources on download before finishing the conquest. This works until recently (7Apr'23 in my case) but I have failed to use the same mechanics ever since (always get E + 0 score when using download) . Since there are no update between my next conquest run (a week later) and after that date above, I believe there is some hidden mechanics (that I missed) that could prevent E + 0 score on conquest when using download. Below are list of possible mechanics that could enable download abuse on conquest: - Mercenary order recruit after download - Buy from gold shop after download - Buy from Teritory shop after download - Finish campaign lvl (unlikely) - Fight on Teritory battle / Expedition (pls help to expand the list) Below are tested not-working mechanics - Buying war drum after download - Collect daily mission after download - Re-upload after download (list need to be cross-checked) Note that the mechanics might involve combination of the above, so many tested is required. I know that this destroy the game purpose and balance, but as I played for the fun and not for competing, please keep the opinion mild. Any help on above appreciated. |

I personally believe war drums are a blunder, and make the game too easy and repetitive. I personally never use them except exceptionally few times in some conquest for the challenges.

I can only agree with cojoncio, and dont use them. at the same time playing all conquest maps x times. Then redoing all of them in challenge and now the reset challenges to grind and get some stupid new item (if i were to act on it) is also repetative. Therefore the question to sixlance or anybody do you still get conquest challenge rewards when getting E rank or do you not get anything? |

Yes I still get reward from Conquest Challenge even though abusing war drum and getting E + 0 score. Note that the playthrough is not recorded on Battle Report nor Ranking, and definitely no Honor points. |
