Are trades actually worth it let say 5000 mechanic parts or whatever those circle things called trade for 50 medals is it worth it?

You'll often find yourself struggling with Industry (The cogs) as the only conquests that give them are 1939 which barely gives any and 1975 which gives a lot but is more difficult and long to complete.
If you're trying to build a medal wonder and you need some more industry, you can buy some as it will eventually pay off assuming you afk with your phone on.

Depends on how comfortable and good you are at the game.
If you have a medal building unlocked or soon to be unlocked, then focus that. Otherwise get the important upgrades like unlocking Motorized Paratroopers, tank tech, and artillery tech.
