As I increased Justinian's administration, I noticed that the cost in national politics had ceased to decline. As it turns out, 150 administration for the consul gives the lowest cost of studying national politics in conquest.

As I increased Justinian's administration, I noticed that the cost in national politics had ceased to decline. As it turns out, 150 administration for the consul gives the lowest cost of studying national politics in conquest. It's true, but it's max discount ant will not decrease any more, but will increase incomes if you leave gen in city, castle too. I like leaving olga in lvl 5 capital.  There's no need to go above 150, but just for fun going to make 272 and at the same time looking for op bonus skill combination |

How can F2P players build a gen with 150 Admininistration points, presumably Justinian because of his skills?

Olga's item at lvl 10, a purple item and a gold item (all three boosting administration), all filled with administration gems. I think that you need all gems at lvl 3, at least. Except for one at lvl1. Edit: actually if you want to save some mithril you can keep Olga's item at a lower lvl, but then you need higher lvl gems, with just two slots |

Yeah my theodora is already 141 admin and she only has lvl3 matilda crown with 2 x lvl 4 admin gems and 2 blue equipments that boost admin without gems
