I still didn't figured how to get Swiss Halberdiers.
This unit is not on recruit draw or is given with any general or prize.
Altough just found someone on Territory with Swiss Guards lvl 20.

You can buy it with silver coins (territory shop) and trade souls. Iirc it is also Robert Bruce special unit, so raiding Bruce's hero legend is also an option. |

Swiss is only available in paid PoH then soul convert now. |
