Based upon the experience gained by playing with the new generals, and also by looking at their stars, skills and ranks, who would you all consider as the top 3 generals from the new update, and how well do they perform against the other generals (except for Patton, Guderian and Govorov)

Sikorski is significantly better and somewhat cheaper (assuming he's promoted to M General) than Konev on artillery. Compared to Bai C X, he's either more expensive or more fragile but does more damage than Bai, especially when below half HP and he's not dependent on plains. None of the other ones I've seen are any good.

The best 3 out of the released ones so far are Spaatz, Sikorski, and Weidling. Horton looks promising too but he's navy and most of his skills are useless against aliens.

For me Weygand and Sikorski are very good and decent generals. Weygand is very similar to Guderian and Patton (if you upgrade him at M General) and Sikorski is very similar to Konev (if you upgrade him at M General too).

For me Weygand and Sikorski are very good and decent generals. Weygand is very similar to Guderian and Patton (if you upgrade him at M General) and Sikorski is very similar to Konev (if you upgrade him at M General too). Weygand is not even good. No Tide of Iron, or Explosives, or Plain Fighting. He is neither similar to Guderian nor Patton. You are too lenient on Weygand. |

He is a very powerful general, his abilities are good, except from Guerilla, and his damage unbelievable. I bought him and I won France 1950, France 1960, Greece 1960 and Germany 1960! |

I bought him and I won France 1950, France 1960, Greece 1960 and Germany 1960! Fortifications is one of the least useful skills in the game. Leader skills in WC3 is known for their low expected damage bonus. Camouflage only works in human levels, but your biggest enemies are aliens. Desperate is the only proper skill he has, but that's it. Plus it requires proper positioning to get the best out of it. Conclusion: Weygand is the single worst 5-star tank general in WC3. You could've bought other tank generals and get through those conquests easier. Also, we don't use human conquest to evaluate a general. If you want to show a general's worth, prove it in alien campaigns. |
