On Featured rn it shows Tolbukhin for 1750 (-50%), just wondering if its worth it, couldnt find any info on this general anywhere which felt odd.
Also just getting into the game after previously playing through WC4 and he seems like a decent infantry gen.

No, Tolbukhin is not worth it. He's not a good artillery general by any means and Falkenhorst is a better infantry general than him.
